What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on quality leader who is comfortable on the manufacturing floor, can work effectively with customers, and knows how to lead a team while driving systemic improvement.

Candidates should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive quality experience in automotive or durable‑goods manufacturing.
  • Previous quality leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and automotive quality requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, and other core quality tools.
  • Experience leading or supporting internal, customer, and third‑party audits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn quality data into action.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, customers, and suppliers.
Preferred Experience

CQE, CMQ/OE, Six Sigma, or similar quality certification is a plus, as is experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations would also be valuable.

Why This Opportunity?
  • This is an opportunity for a Quality Manager who wants to have a meaningful impact—not simply maintain the existing system. You’ll have the ability to develop people, strengthen processes, solve real manufacturing problems, and influence the overall performance of the operation.
