Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC Inspectors and Technicians to ensure timely in process and final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection processes, and documentation requirements.
• Oversee non‑conformance reporting and resolution using Autodesk ACC (BIM 360).
• Manage measurement and testing activities (plumbing, electrical, welding, MedGas).
• Verify completion of production documentation prior to final QC approval.
• Drive root cause analysis using 5‑Why, 8D, PDCA, and other problem solving tools.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement quality improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data‑driven reporting and recommendations.
• Work directly with Operations management to implement new processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs for quality staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce safety policies.
• All other duties as assigned. Complies with all safety policies and procedures.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.
• Degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, mark up, and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (5‑Why, 8D, PDCA).
• Experience with Autodesk ACC/BIM 360, Dozuki, HoloBuilder, or Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• CQT or CQI certification.
• Familiarity with modular or off‑site construction.
• Knowledge of healthcare or commercial modular construction regulatory requirements.
