Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience auditing in a manufacturing environment (assembly, stamping, paint, MQGRs, MQAS, CPGs, CPA, Torque).
• Ability to work in a team and build partnerships internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of problem solving and project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Align standard methods with plant quality audit execution.
• Identify training gaps of auditors; organize on-the-job training.
• Audit issues action plans; monitor and read across QAN network.
• Calibrate internal auditors to common standards; update audit checklist.
