Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. in Bedford, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist who will inspect parts, components, and assemblies to ensure conformance with customer specifications and design prints.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will support daily shipments, document non-conformities, perform minor rework, and help maintain organized work areas while following work instructions.

Qualifications

• Must recognize detailed accuracy of parts, components, or assemblies.
• Able to read customer drawings and/or prints.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Able to follow Work Instructions and written/spoken instructions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform forklift tasks after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of daily domestic and international shipments per customer packaging requirements.
• Document all non-conforming products (NCP).
• Perform minor rework and/or repair of damaged or NCP products/assemblies.
• Adhere to OSHA, Pomp’s, and facility standards/rules/regulations.
• Rack/Skid sorting and placement into proper holding areas; maintain a clean/organized work area.
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager.
