Job summary

E&E Manufacturing Co, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to uphold our QMS, ensure compliance with customer standards, and lead corrective actions.

You will partner with production teams to verify finished parts, mentor staff on quality processes, drive root-cause analysis with PFMEA and GD&T, and prepare detailed reports for customers, while maintaining a clean, organized shop environment. Experience in automotive manufacturing and metal stamping/welding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Quality.
• Minimum five (5) years in metal stamping and welding operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assure compliance to the QMS and customer standards.
• Lead steps to address gaps or failures in adherence to quality systems.
• Assist production teams to verify compliance of finished products.
• Participate in problem solving of quality issues at customer facilities as needed.
• Prepare reports for customer review and feedback on dimensional concerns.
• Provide training on Quality standards and processes to staff.
