Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a metal fabrication or similar environment.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings with GD&T.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity, with the ability to quickly propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct first article inspections and final product checks.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action for non-conformances.
