THE WORK
Join the Moorestown Operations Team! We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for various exciting programs across one of our Scalable S-Band Radar, Aegis, Q53, and other radar product lines, while collaborating with a diverse and talented group of individuals. The position is planned to initially support the ASEV program.

This is a factory centric role that will work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers, factory operations, and support teams to ensure successful execution of assigned programs. The individual will be responsible for:

• The successful execution of assigned program work scope to ensure schedule objectives are met.
• Solving challenges through collaboration across Moorestown teams including factory operations, technical teams, and Manufacturing Project Management team.
• Supporting and presenting production status at required program meetings.

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 3 to 5+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to multi-task.
• Strong relationship building skills with focus on customer.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance. This requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills:
• Existing manufacturing experience is desirable.
• SAP / COS experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work off hours if needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
