This role is responsible for supporting implementation of manufacturing technology initiatives such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) deployment, as well as other site-level systems that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, standardization, and manufacturing performance. The position works closely with plant teams, engineering, supply chain, quality, and enterprise technology partners to ensure successful solution deployment, user adoption, and ongoing continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a liaison between IT, OT, and Manufacturing to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Support implementation of plant technology strategies that improve manufacturing execution, process control, traceability, and data visibility.
  • Partner with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define deployment plans, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Coordinate and execute site readiness activities for new technology implementations, including process mapping, data validation, infrastructure considerations, and training support.
  • Drive MBOM deployment activities by aligning engineering product structures with plant manufacturing processes and execution needs.
  • Support integration between enterprise systems and plant-floor technologies, helping ensure reliable data flow across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain standard work, deployment documentation, process instructions, and user support materials.
  • Facilitate change management activities to support user adoption and successful transition to new tools and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback after deployment to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Support governance and compliance with company standards for cybersecurity, data integrity, system access, and operational controls.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure deployed technologies support operational goals.
  • Participate in pilot programs, site assessments, and scaling of successful solutions across multiple plants.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to plant users and functional stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and deployment status, and communicate progress to leadership and project teams.
What You Will Bring

  • Understanding of how IT systems, OT environments, and manufacturing operations interact within a plant setting.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process flow, routing, work instructions, BOM structures, and change management practices.
  • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into practical system deployment activities.
  • Experience with cross-functional project coordination, implementation planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across site and enterprise initiatives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
