Job summary

Fox Innovation & Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and track the flow of manufactured and purchased parts to meet project schedules in a manufacturing setting. This role serves as a key link between production, procurement, engineering, and suppliers to proactively identify risks, resolve delays, and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking part status, expediting parts, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating with internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field with 4+ years scheduling/PM experience in manufacturing.
10 years in high-paced repair or manufacturing environment for high-speed rotating equipment is acceptable as alternative.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed production and procurement schedules aligned with project milestones.
Track status of manufactured parts through internal work centers to ensure on-time completion.
Monitor purchased parts from PO release through delivery, expediting as needed.
Identify schedule risks, material shortages, and bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
Communicate with internal teams and with customers to align priorities.
Maintain accurate schedule/status in ERP/MRP systems and tracking tools.
