THE WORK
Join the Moorestown Operations Team! We are looking for a talented and motivated Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) to join our growing team. As an MPM, you will have the opportunity to work for various exciting programs across one of our Launchers, Scalable S-band Radar, or other Radar product lines, while collaborating with a diverse and talented group of individuals.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The successful execution of assigned programs specifically meeting schedule and cost targets.
• Working across Moorestown teams including factory operations, program office, sourcing; and will ensure intra-LM/RMS scope is executed.
• Supporting and presenting production status at required program meetings.
• Earned Value Management responsibility entailing development of baselines, support plans, and recovery plans as required.

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to multi-task.

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance. This requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills:
- Existing manufacturing or project management experience is desirable.
- Control Account Manager (CAM) training and certified or equivalent Earned Value Management experience is desirable.
- Functional or team leadership experience is desirable.
- SAP / COS experience is a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
