Manufacturing Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead technical sales discussions, understanding client needs and proposing solutions, estimate and quote projects accurately.
  • Oversee manufacturing project execution at client sites, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to tailor solutions for customers.
  • Track performance metrics, optimizing both sales and project outcomes.

Manufacturing Project Manager Qualifications

  • High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Millwright in manufacturing, with experience in manufacturing and project management; experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Mechanical/CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) experience is required.
  • Process piping (excluding ammonia), trench drain installation, wastewater, and plumbing/installation experience is required.
  • Must have strong project management experience, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% is required.
  • Basic AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
