We're seeking a manufacturing project manager / project engineer capable of estimating jobs and managing projects from order to completion. The ideal candidate should handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage details, P&IDs, schematics, and follow up diligently, with a proactive attitude.

Note: Experience in reading mechanical blueprints is essential; candidates without this skill will not be considered. High-level technical ability and familiarity with our products and customer base are also required. An associate degree or higher in an engineering discipline is preferred. We value diverse skill sets; previous job titles are less important than relevant skills and experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quotes, estimates, and proposals
  • Managing manufacturing details including engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within schedule
  • Reviewing jobs to gather feedback and improve future projects
  • Communicating effectively across departments and with customers
  • Contacting customers prior to manufacturing to confirm requirements and proposed solutions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management
  • High energy, driven, and results-oriented

To succeed, you must:

  • Be highly motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Pay close attention to detail and stay organized
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
  • Be willing to learn new skills and knowledge
  • Manage multiple projects effectively through prioritization
  • Be proficient in Office software, especially Outlook and Excel; AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and E-Drawings are a plus
