Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Project Manager for a permanent role near Manning, SC. You will lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities, coordinating with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of PM experience in manufacturing; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Must have 3+ years experience in a Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, or facility upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities.
• Work with teams across functions to create clear project plans, coordinate execution, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions, and support timely decisions.
