Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automotive/APQP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer, plant, and corporate functions to establish project timelines.
• Develop and manage Operator Instructions.
• Train operators on written procedures for efficient handoff and NPD introductions.
• Develop routing and flow charts to optimize material movement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure deliverables meet objectives.
