Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive design reviews on the CAD side through to floor production for stamped components. You will coordinate design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure launches meet time, budget, and specification targets.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and maintain proactive communication with senior leadership to keep programs on track and aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 8–10 years in engineering or manufacturing environment required.
  • Proven stamping manufacturing experience required.
  • Demonstrated project leadership with measurable results.
  • Fluency in engineering principles, processes and quality systems.
  • Proficient in reading drawings, specs and technical docs.
  • Proficient with CAD, PM tools, and MS Office.
  • Clear communication and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects for stamped products and processes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional work to meet technical, schedule, and cost targets.
  • Support production teams on the floor with hands‑on problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Apply and uphold safety procedures, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Plan workflows, track milestones, and manage customer requirements to hit deliverables.
  • Own testing, validation, and continuous process improvement activities.
  • Onboard and train team members on methods, documentation, and project tasks.
  • Identify risks, communicate delays or changes, and recommend course corrections.
  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives to eliminate waste and improve yield.
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with VP of Engineering and partner departments.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
  • 8–10 years in an engineering or manufacturing environment (required).
  • Proven experience in a stamping manufacturing setting (required).
  • Demonstrated project leadership with measurable results.
  • Fluency in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
  • Skilled at reading drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with CAD, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Clear communication and strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands‑on work when needed.
Work Conditions
  • Environment: Manufacturing floor; exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and variable temperatures.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending; occasional lifting of materials/equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; flexibility for extended hours or weekends to meet production needs.
  • Travel: Minimal; primarily for training or coordination across facilities.
