Qualifications

• Experience in a project engineering role, preferably in wood products or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, automation, and material handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Scope, estimate, and plan projects with detailed timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the implementation of capital projects ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during projects.
• Implement strategies to improve equipment uptime and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local building codes.
• Be onsite throughout project implementation as needed.
