Qualifications

• BS or AS Degree in a STEM field or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience
• 0-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience (internships considered)
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and set priorities
• Comfort working with minimal direction and resolving daily issues in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills; proactive and energetic
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
• NX and Teamcenter experience desirable
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, plans, and tracking spreadsheets to assess current conditions.
• Use charts and graphs to communicate status to the team.
• Query customer applications to obtain current data and update spreadsheets.
• Run meetings, assign action items, follow up, and track open items.
• Participate in Integrated Team meetings.
• Work to resolve manufacturing issues or act as liaison for engineering and quality teams.
• Collaborate with customers and team members, build consensus, deliver results.
• Manage competing priorities and develop recovery plans if deadlines slip.
• Deliver results and ensure teams meet milestones, not just tracking
