Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager in Denver, CO to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of customer projects, from specification to production and post-launch support. You will own milestones, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering and 8–12 years of manufacturing project management experience, with PM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
8–12 years of managing technical projects in manufacturing/engineering.
Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Experience with PLM and ERP systems and engineering docs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to work on-site in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain all technical and timing aspects of customer projects.
Support Sales and AEs in moving products from spec to production.
Coordinate internal teams to achieve program goals.
Lead customer communications and manage relationships.
Create and manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Track costs and progress; report to leadership.
Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage KPIs.
Oversee full lifecycle from development to post-launch support.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations).
