Qualifications

• Entry‑level Masker for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift – no prior experience necessary.
• Enjoy working with hands, good hand/eye coordination, and prefer sit‑down work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Primary functions: mask and/or demask customer products for Parylene coating, and perform associated tasks.
• Clean, prepare surfaces, inspect, package, ship, receive, refurbish fixtures, and other process‑related tasks.
• Understand and follow designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP) and other written or verbal instructions.
• Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscope and other equipment.
• Inspect own work for quality compliance.
• Disassemble, clean, refurbish, and/or reassemble coating fixtures as needed.
• Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required.
