Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for aerospace manufacturing roles with multiple openings. You will operate subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling gear, hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks, and you will monitor QA data and follow detailed prints for setup operations.

Salary varies by level: Level 1 0-2 years: $15.65-$16.50; Level 2 2-5 years: $16.50-$20.00; Level 3 5+ years: $20.00-$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience for Level 1 positions
• 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience for Level 2 positions
• 5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience for Level 3 positions

Responsibilities

• Operate subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling equipment, hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks and related machinery.
• Monitor, measure and record quality assurance data including dimensions and weight.
• Read and comprehend detailed operational instructions and prints for job and setup operations.

You will be responsible for operating subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling equipment, hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks, and other miscellaneous equipment. You will also monitor, measure, and record quality assurance data, including, but not limited to, dimensions, weight, and other specific information. As part of this role, you will need to be able to read and comprehend detailed operational instructions and prints for job and setup operations.

The right candidate will have 0-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience for Level 1 positions (15.65-16.50), 2-5 years' experience for Level 2 positions (16.50-20.00), and 5+ years' experience for Level 3 positions (20.00-23.00). You should also be skilled in the use of hand tools, including calipers, depth gages, and micrometers.
