Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician at Havre de Grace, MD.

You will operate extrusion, injection or blow-molding equipment, monitor settings, and perform basic maintenance while ensuring quality checks are logged in SAP. The role requires at least 1 year of high-volume production experience, familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical concepts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
• Basic hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion, injection or blow-molding machines & equipment.
• Monitor machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure).
• Complete basic machine maintenance.
• Check visual quality checks and complete corresponding data entry in SAP.
• Participate in training to learn new skills.
