• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for handling materials and operating equipment and machinery.
• Aptitude to read and interpret production orders, safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating shifts and mandatory overtime.

PREFERRED

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Vision abilities including close/distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Experience operating mobile equipment, including remote/pendant cranes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving, good communication, and teamwork skills.

This position is based in Niles, Ohio, and offers the opportunity to be part of a high-profile, energetic titanium manufacturing environment. Departments include Melt, Forge, Finishing, Rolling, Conditioning, Inspection, and the Titanium Aluminide group. Responsibilities range from material handling and inspection to operating high lifts and furnaces.
