Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in the factory-built housing production.
• Examines blueprints to determine dimensions and ensures production schedules are met.
• Enforces safety regulations and interprets company policies to workers.
• Adjusts work procedures to meet production goals and improve efficiency.
• Maintains production records and supports equipment setup and maintenance.
• Trains employees and supports performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
