Position: Third Shift Supervisor (Hours: 9pm-7am)

Summary: Responsible for achieving departmental goals related to division profitability, product quality and accuracy, staff productivity, scheduling efficiencies, and equipment performance and downtime oversight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize departmental performance data programs to meet goals, including understanding and analyzing SPC (Statistical Process Control), and reporting on OEE, KPI, and EFF metrics.
2. Analyze current production processes, propose improvements, and implement changes.
3. Mentor and develop team members, utilizing available learning and development resources.
4. Serve as the department ambassador for production-related matters.
5. Communicate effectively within the department, working closely with the Vice President of Operations to review goals, hold staff meetings, and conduct staff reviews.

Education and Experience:

• 2-4 year degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, computer skills, self-motivation, safety consciousness, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and leadership qualities.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
