The Production Operator rotates through various roles within a laundry plant, supporting the processes of receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading linens for delivery to medical facilities. Responsibilities include learning and operating multiple production equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Key duties in Soil Operations involve sorting returned soiled linens, managing carts, and ensuring proper classification and sanitation. In Clean Operations, employees learn to build linen carts, operate folding and feeding machinery, and address machine issues. Positions like Hand Folder, Ironer, and Catcher require attention to quality, safety, and production standards.

The role requires excellent teamwork, flexibility to rotate across tasks, and the ability to make quality decisions. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a focus on safety, quality, and recordkeeping skills.
