Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager for a client in the Littleton, CO area. You will oversee daily manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong mechanical knowledge, and a proven ability to drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Experience with CNC machines, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
• Previous warehouse experience and an understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage employees across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate employees across multiple production departments.
• Manage shop floor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Oversee machinery and equipment operations, ensuring proper maintenance and safety compliance.
• Train, mentor, and develop production employees on equipment operation and safety.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to coordinate production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and production components.

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager for a client in the Littleton, CO area! This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple departments, managing shop floor operations, and improving production efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading teams to meet production goals.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

depending on experience.

Manufacturing Production Manager Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift and hold items exceeding 50 pounds overhead.

• Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
