Job summary

CaptiveAire is hiring Manufacturing & Production Technicians to perform general assembly in our Youngsville, NC facility. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance in a climate-controlled environment.

Salary ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a monthly productivity-based bonus. Candidates should read tape measures, use hand tools, and have basic math skills; HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
• Some overtime required
