Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking hardworking individuals for full-time, temp-to-hire roles on a fast-moving production team. You will perform general production duties, support line operations, and help ensure GMP and safety standards are met.

Positions involve long shifts, standing, repetitive motion, and lift requirements up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be available, and benefits eligibility begins after conversion.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor.
• Ability to read and follow work and safety instructions.
• Comfort in a fast-paced setting with repetitive motion.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
• Available for 12-hour shifts and Saturdays when needed; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• General production support across the line.
• Feeding/catching, stacking, sorting, and packaging.
• Palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging finished goods.
• Material handling and movement throughout production.
• Product checks; remove scrap and non-conforming items.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; follow GMP and safety rules.
