Job summary

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to ensure safe, efficient output at a busy production facility in Illinois. You will load/unload materials, operate and troubleshoot machinery, and maintain quality through SOPs and logs.

This is a full-time role offering weekly pay, weekend shifts, and clear paths for advancement in a fast-paced environment. You will work on the manufacturing floor with active machinery, perform routine checks, and collaborate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfort standing for extended periods; repetitive motion capable.
• Basic math/reading skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Detail oriented with a strong safety focus.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced area.
• Available for scheduled weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Manually load/unload materials into and out of production equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety policies, and quality control standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic preventative observations.
• Accurately complete production logs and inventory documentation.
• Communicate line issues promptly; collaborate with teammates.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
