Job summary

CTech Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Production Design Engineer to bridge product design and scalable manufacturing. You will design processes, tooling, and fixtures and create accurate 2D/3D models and drawings.

Collaborate with product development, lead process improvements, support NPI, ensure safety and quality standards, and mentor production teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor preferred).
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and assembly methods.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
