Job summary

Identiti is seeking a Production Coordinator in Hoffman Estates, IL to support our Supply Chain and Procurement teams. You will foster relationships with manufacturing vendors and drive on-time production schedules while working with household names in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of general work experience.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced role, interest in logistics/supply chain is preferred but not required.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, email, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor manufacturing workflow.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors.
• Manage manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate effectively with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
• Contribute to a team environment focusing on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Attend scheduled project meetings and communicate concerns with viable solutions.
• Execute project tasks to provide smooth progress toward completion.
• Develop strong relationships with team and PM teams.
• Maintain positive relationships with external partners including vendors and subcontractors.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
• Keep all administrative tasks up to date within timelines and processes.
