Responsibilities
  1. Operate machinery and equipment to produce ceramic cores.
  2. Prepare, pack, and visually inspect ceramic cores.
  3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and daily meetings.
  4. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure safety and quality standards.
  5. Cross-train in various operational areas.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work a full-time 40-hour schedule
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available)
  • Good visual acuity and basic math skills
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screening (background check, drug test)
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
