Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio, to fill an entry-level manufacturing role. No experience is required, and a High School Diploma or GED is needed.

You will join the assembly line in a safety-focused environment, with training provided and a clear path to permanent placement after 60 days. Shift options offer 1st at $17.00/hour, 2nd and 3rd at $18.00/hour, with overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM — 3:00 PM (or 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM), Monday–Friday | $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM — 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday | $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM — 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday | $18.00/hour

Training Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM — 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Post-orientation training from 2:00 PM — 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Initial training on 1st shift, pay rate $17.00

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
