Job summary

Lippert is seeking a full-time production associate to support the flow of production in our Goshen, Indiana facility. The role focuses on moving materials, ensuring part availability, and maintaining accurate inventories while adhering to safety rules.

You will work with a team to meet production goals, read basic measurements, operate hand tools, and assist in repairs as needed. Strong communication and reliability are valued in this active environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read measurements and instructions.
• Observe safety rules and policies.
• Move raw materials through installation area.
• Ensure proper parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Ensure sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Move completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assist in repair work as necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
