Responsibilities

• Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.
• Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, quality, and cost.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine purchase needs.
• Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Maintain records of transactions, POs, receipts, and payments.
• Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.
• Expedite delayed orders and resolve shipment issues.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relations.
