Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Brookshire, TX seeks a Manufacturing Process Technician to sustain and optimize mechanical and chemical processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on the production line.

You will work with process engineers, train associates on new instructions, and lead disposition of non-conforming materials while escalating issues to Product Engineering. The role requires an associate degree in electronics or mechanical and strong problem-solving, with adherence to EHS and hands-on

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics, mechanical or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Adheres to EHS regulations and leads by example.
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Able to draw conclusions from test data, malfunctions or deviations and guide corrections.
• Proficient with a range of hand and portable tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coverage of production line processes for smooth operations and respond to out-of-control processes.
• Collaborate with process engineers to develop assembly processes and train associates on new instructions.
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to improve CpK and product yield.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data including DOE and GR&R under guidance.
• Lead disposition of non-conformance materials and escalate issues to Production Engineering.
