• Note: Must work every other weekend

Position Overview:

Seeking an entry-level Associate Manufacturing Process Technician with a strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot automated equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and fault clearing
• Conduct basic manufacturing tasks including:
• Material reconciliation and line clearance
• Basic analytics and record keeping
• Monitor and respond to equipment alarms via HMIs
• Ensure material and component availability
• Use systems such as SAP (inventory) and Maximo (maintenance work orders)
• Support and lead training for new team members
• Document and audit procedures, job plans, and batch records
• Follow GMP and all safety protocols
