US Conec, Ltd. in North Carolina is seeking a Process Technician for the 2nd shift to support injection molding operations.

You will install/remove molds, set up processes, troubleshoot quality issues, and maintain process documentation to ensure molded parts meet specs. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a medium-volume injection molding environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environment.
  • Working knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, materials, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Experience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issues.
  • Ability to interpret plastic part measurement data.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office).

Process Technician - Injection Molding - 2nd shift 2:30pm-10:30pm
Overview

Provide technician-level support to production and engineering activities within the injection molding operation. This role supports mold installation and removal, machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure molded products meet quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities
