Job summary

Stryker in Irvine, CA seeks a hands-on technical support professional to aid manufacturing process development, equipment installation and validation, and essential documentation to launch and sustain production processes.

The role partners with Engineering and Operations to troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure GMP/GDP and safety compliance, with a focus on production readiness through training during new process implementations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents procedures and methods and prepares technical reports.
• Performs evaluations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
• Monitors and manages manufacturing loss on assigned lines.
• Liaises with Team Leaders on productivity and efficiency issues.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems and escalates as needed.
• Communicates issues and watch-outs to Operators.
• Works to maximize equipment productivity and minimize yield loss.
• Identifies improvements and assists with implementation.
• Adheres to EHS requirements and communicates environmental/health concerns.
• Maintains quality compliance with site and corporate standards.
• Supports business needs during shutdowns or equipment failures.
