Job summary

Integrated Services For Productivity & Validation, Inc is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing for the Non Standard Shift in Juncos, Puerto Rico. This contract role focuses on supporting floor operations, evaluating process performance, and ensuring documentation aligns with project goals.

You will initiate and revise procedures, troubleshoot processes, and collaborate on NPI activities, CCRB packages, and special projects to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing operations experience required; level depends on degree.
• Strong on-floor presence to assess performance from observation and data.
• Experience with manufacturing procedures, documentation and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Assess process performance by observing floor operations and reviewing data.
• Initiate, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures.
• Provide process troubleshooting support.
• Participate in the NPI process for documentation, materials, and training.
• Assist change ownership on CCRB packages impacting the process.
• Participate in special projects or initiatives.
