mîrus Consulting Group is seeking an Specialist Manufacturing to provide technical and operational support for manufacturing processes in Puerto Rico. You will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements, including NPI projects and change management.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge and experience in data analysis to guide decision making and ensure compliant operations. 8-hour weekdays with potential overtime support.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate or Master's with 2+ years Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years Manufacturing Operations experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily manufacturing floor support and monitor process performance.
• Initiate, revise, review, and approve manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and provide timely technical support to maintain production continuity.
• Participate in New Product Introduction activities by assessing documentation, material, training, and operational requirements.
• Support manufacturing change management activities and assist CCRB packages impacting manufacturing operations.
• Participate in assessment or implementation of special projects or initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing data and trending information to support process monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, validation, and supply chain teams to resolve challenges.
