Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through analysis of production metrics (productivity, yield, scrap rates).
• Ensure processes, equipment, and products comply with safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Maintainability of new installations through predictive and preventive programs.
• Improve workstation layout, workflow, and assembly methods.
• Support product/process validation and reporting; write/update procedures.
• Assist with research, purchases, and implementations of new equipment or systems.
• Respond to line stoppages and mitigate downtime.
• Conduct customer, product, regulatory research and perform risk management activities.
