Job summary

GSM Outdoors in the United States is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to improve how products are made. The role partners with production teams, maintenance, quality, product development, and vendors to drive efficiency, quality, safety, and cost improvements on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to implementation, translate engineering knowledge into measurable results, and maintain a strong hands-on approach to solving manufacturing challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Lead or support projects from evaluation through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Develop and document process controls and standards.
• Analyze costs and support capacity planning.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
