Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical/industrial engineering with related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and line-balancing projects.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing data, routings, labor standards, and process documentation.
• Prepare cost estimate worksheets and support custom quotations.
• Process ECNs and related manufacturing documentation.
• Support manufacturing layouts, workstation design, and ergonomic improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Collaborate across departments to solve manufacturing challenges and implement effective solutions.
