AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations by analyzing tooling and process requirements for new products and engineering changes, maintaining process and labor data, coordinating process trials, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to implement process improvements, research new manufacturing methods, interpret

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement CI projects
• Attention to detail and ability to integrate equipment designs
• Ability to read CAD drawings and analyze technical documents
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret varied technical instructions and data

Responsibilities

• Analyze tooling and process steps for engineering changes and new products
• Set up/revise process data and time studies for parts and prototypes
• Study existing processes and run experiments to improve efficiency
• Coordinate process trials for changed or new products, including packaging
• Interpret quality data and determine actions for operations
• Research new processes and best practices across industries
• Work with NPD Engineering and Operations to define procedures
• Train operators and document standard work for processes
• Be proactive in safety, productivity, and future state planning
