Job summary

Austin Allen Inc in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and throughput on the shop floor. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with manufacturing teams to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will have CNC experience, electrical maintenance exposure, and strong communication skills to drive Lean/Six Sigma projects across complex processes and systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming.
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
• Proven skills at collaboration, managing time, & excellent communication skills.
