Job summary

Peli BioThermal in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive CI across manufacturing and operations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure results.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, operations, quality, or CI, with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI knowledge. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to influence teams and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing, operations, quality, or CI.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate CI initiatives aligned with goals.
• Identify process inefficiencies through data and observation.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions.
• Develop and standardize processes and work instructions.
• Collect, analyze, and report KPIs.
• Support root-cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
• Train employees on CI tools and best practices.
• Track actions and ensure sustainability.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, and service.
• Support audits and continuous improvement evaluations.
• Promote employee engagement in CI culture.
• Follow policies and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
