Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/process/production engineering roles with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading technical teams, establishing standards, and developing talent.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of manufacturing/process engineers and technical leads.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and execute activities on schedule and budget.
• Drive manufacturing quality, efficiency, yield, throughput, and cost improvements.
• Define manufacturing plans, production flows, test strategies, and capacity plans.
• Partner with Production, Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Lines.
• Oversee process development, control, and capital solutions within constraints.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Support proposals, roadmaps, capacity planning, and business planning.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and leadership development.
