Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to integrate new products into existing assembly lines. You will develop and validate manufacturing processes, create documentation, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role focuses on equipment validation, line layout optimization, and PM planning to support product transfers and efficient production at the Portage, MI site.

Formación

• Experience with process validation and statistical methods.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP practices.
• Ability to map processes and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience with GMP and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes on existing lines for new products.
• Lead equipment validation and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Create work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and specs.
• Design ergonomic line layouts and perform job hazard assessments.
• Develop PM procedures for equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support product transfers and ensure documentation per Stryker procedures.
