Kawneer is seeking a skilled engineer to lead the design, testing, and optimization of material flow processes across Pour & Debridge, Small Parts, Packing and Shipping. The role focuses on implementing best practices, technology, and efficient work design to improve manufacturing performance.
You will evaluate equipment, plan layouts, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions while adhering to health and safety standards.
Increase and optimize the overall engineering, maintenance, quality and safe operations of the material flow processes (Pour & Debridge, Small Parts, Packing and Shipping areas) through implementation of best practice technology, work design, and process support.
Carry oneself as a leader and knowledge holder of the project/work scope while facilitating the decision-making process
Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with a strong ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
